To prevent this, ensure you give an accurate description of your desired outcome before starting the design process.
Once you’ve sprinkled some stardust on your purchase, we’ll reach out via email or Instagram to confirm your enchanted booking date—the moment your magical project begins. Please note, the waiting time for this special day may take up to 1-2 weeks. The true magic unfolds from that date onward. Once we reached out to you upon booking a service, we will discuss all your magical ideas and agree on a fix concept. You will be provided with a booking slot date, marking the beginning of your enchanting journey.
2. Spellbinding Creation
On the day of your booking slot, we will begin crafting your designs. The creation phase typically takes a few days to a few weeks, depending on the complexity and scope of the project. Your vision will start to come to life through our magical design process.
3. Magical Revisions
Once the initial designs are ready, we will send them to you for your feedback. We offer three revisions to ensure your designs perfectly capture the magic you envisioned. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
4. Final Enchantment
After the final design is approved, we will send the completed design files to your email address, ready to cast their spell on your audience.

1. Payment & Booking
To secure your booking slot, full payment must be made upfront. Please note that this payment is non-refundable. Once your booking is placed, we will reach out within 2-3 working days to confirm your booking date—the magical moment when your project will begin. Projects typically take 1-2 weeks to complete from the booking date.
2. Project Suitability
We only take on branding projects that align with our unique design style. We do not offer or specialise in cartoon logos or illustrations. If, during our discussions, we discover that our style doesn't harmonise with your brand’s concept, we will terminate the project and issue a full refund. This ensures both parties are set up for success.
3. Digital Design Delivery
Our services are entirely digital, meaning no printing or physical products are provided. Your final designs will be delivered to you via email in digital formats. Please be aware that colours and quality may vary when printed; this is beyond our control, and we do not take responsibility for these discrepancies. Additionally, proofreading is crucial—you must review all text before printing, as we are not liable for any typos.
4. Revisions & Finalisation
You are entitled to three minor revisions per design. Minor revisions include adjustments such as colour, font, background, or specific elements. Should your revisions exceed this limit, additional charges will apply, starting from £20. Once the final designs have been approved, any further changes will also incur additional charges. Upon finalisation, we will send your designs in all required file formats via email. It is your responsibility to store these files securely, as we will not retain them.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of your final payment, ownership of the final designs will transfer to you. However, Stardust by Stella retains the right to showcase the designs in our portfolio and marketing materials. The designs provided are intended solely for your use and may not be resold or repurposed without our prior consent.
6. Code of Conduct
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for offensive or aggressive language. Should such behaviour occur, we reserve the right to terminate the project immediately, without refunding the initial payment. A respectful and professional collaboration ensures the best results for everyone involved.
7. Project Hold
In the rare event of sudden health issues or emergencies, Stardust by Stella reserves the right to put any project on hold for up to 4 weeks. While this is highly unlikely, your understanding is appreciated should such a situation arise.
